Today i noticed that the holds on my account had been removed, although i never did get a call back from the infamous Tammy in Accounting...
So, i tried again to purchase the tickets that i needed, since my trip is in less than 2 days. This time, however, i was cautious.
I tried to buy just one ticket at first, to see if it would go through. And, i used a different form of payment, so that i can be sure that it is not my original card that is the problem.
So, that order, said that it cannot be processed, but it put a hold on my account. Thankfully this time is was less than $50, which is still not okay, but is better than the original nearly $500.
But, when i realized that the online payment option is just not going to work for me, i tried to call and speak to someone who could process the payment over the phone, so that i can get these tickets.
But, I STILL could not reach Tammy in Accounting.. And Pam in Sales, tried to transfer me, but actually hung up on me, and did not try to call back....
So i called again, and she did not answer... which confirms that she did hang up on me, not accidentally.
So, now, I cannot get tickets to take my girl scouts to the park that they chose, and I cannot get reimbursement for fees that originated because of their mistakes!!!
