Wildcat Communications express shipping charged, 38 day late shipment, charged full price, not refunded for return cell phone Agura Hills California
I purchased this cell phone on a 4-7 day delivery. Paid in full and after 35 days had not received the phone. I denied the charge with my bank and when the phone did arrive 38 days later I refused it and returned it. Wildcat CG has not refunded my $289.95 charge and has not tried to communicate with me on this issue. The phone was returned DHL in the original package that was shipped. BAD customer service and no follow-up. I am out $289.95 to date. JLD
