This company bates low income to moderately income people by U.S. First-Class Mail saying we've won a prize. The only way you can receive this prize is the drive to Spotsylvania, VA, long and behold we come to a cabin type office. Then after 15 minutes of waiting, someone comes up to you and says something to the effect "Welcome to the Wilderness Presidential CMPG". They offer to take you on a tour of the place being the comment is "Since you drove this far, why not". They show people the side of the CMPG which for the rich people with beautifully built log cabins, never showing what we will be paying for. They take you in an area/room with other people, that's when they tell us "I order to receive the prize you must purchase a timeshare", "This is the wonderful lot locations we offer". We tell them "no thanks, I just want my prize" and they continue to use persuading verbage and use the word "discount" and "one of a kind" until we get tired of telling them we do not have that kind of money to just give away. They already know the majority of people really can not afford to give money away so they offer financing. In the end we have never stepped foot on the property to enjoy what we are paying for, and we can not sell it because the real investors have the knowledge of this type of scam timeshare property we can never own. We did not get the prize because we did not spend $15000 or more, we spent $10000. This scam practice needs to stop for innocent investors/ people. They have millions and my $10000. We have surrendered the property back to them so we will not be hit for up keep fees.
