I am a resident in one of their buildings and its sad to say that this report is right. They have beautiful buildings and everything is brand new. The Management team is a wreck though. They leave "Notice to Vacate Orders" on my apartment door every month. I am in a program which assistants with the rent and recently was rebudgeted and there was a few dollars difference that was not paid to them by the program the following month. Next thing I know I have a vacate order because of $32 rather than let me know by sending me some kind of letter. When I call them I get the run around on the phone and get nowhere because all I am told is that they will call me back. When I call Ms. Sanchez she never picks up her phone. I recently got a Notice of Petition on my door as well. Why? I've been trying to correct this since day one and still the same problem and now I'm facing eviction. They are claiming that $2,00 is due to them. What a mess I am in. Worse to know that I am not the only victim.
