Complaint Review: Wilkinson Transport - Nationwide

Up to $1000 REWARD - Paid today if lumber is located! This lumber is rumored to be in Perry, Kansas last seen just outside of Topeka, Kansas at 73*4 SW Indian Hills Rd. Auburn, Kansas 66402. The lumber was seen by the Shawnee County Sheriff. The Sheriff was told at the time that he would not take the gentleman's lumber from Montana off the property. The buyer (from Montana) was working with different companies to get a compitent, reliable, honest driver to go and pick up the lumber. Also Mr Wilkinson had been asked by the Sheriff to please contact the buyer in Montana, he did not do so. This lumber was initially to be delivered from Arkansas to Bozeman, Montana. The seller out of Arkansas (Raymond M) said he would gladly give any information or documention confirming Chris out of Montana purchased this lumber and that Robert Wilkinson had stolen the lumber by intentionally having no respect for the law or trucking business that he represents. Robert Wilkinson came straight back to Topeka instead of delivering the lumber to Montana. There was never any agreement of this or acknowledgement of this. Over 3 and a half weeks of unanswered calls and hundreds of text messages and only we only get 2 documented text messages by Robert Wilkinson. However, those 2 text messages not only confirm that Mr. Wilkinson recieved an advance and he acknowledged that he had not done his job, the texts confirm his guilt, the texts confirm his sorrow for not delivering the wood in a timely fashion, and also him asking for another chance to prove himself once the lumber was delivered. Oh yeah, on both texts he asked for money. Please note he is asking for extra money he has already conned the buyer in Montana into giving him $2000 upfront before the truck even hit the road. Robert Wilkinson also conned the salesman who brokered the deal out of an additonal $200 as well.

A tip this morning told us that the cypress lumber was being sold in smaller bunks to a buyer in Perry, Kansas. We are currently investigating that lead and also doing video documentation. Please know that anonymity is of the utmost importance to us. Any tips at all are done with discretion and your name or information will not ever be documented or used at all. Please help us locate this stolen lumber. The buyer in Montana is a great guy, I know him well. He would do anything for anyone. I am absolutely disgusted over this. The buyer in Montana (Chris) was helping the driver out by advancing half of the money upfront. Nobody in the lumber business does that. Not was the buyer violated by Robert Wilkinson pocketing the upfront money with no intention of delivering the lumber but most importantly over $30,000 worth of lumber and architecturals have been stolen.

STOLEN LUMBER - 12,000 board feet of 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, 1x12  Cypress dimensional lumber, 4,000 board feet of 12x12 Reclaimed Oak beams. This lumber has been stolen. I have the gentleman's name and contact information in Montana that had purchased the lumber from a gentleman just outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. Signed documentation of purchaser (Chris) out of Bozeman, Montana. Signed documentation of seller out Arkansas, documented proof truck driver Rob Wilkinson was paid an advance of over $2000 before the lumber had even been delivered. Robert was actually supposed to go from Arkansas to Montanta, he made the decison to come back to Kansas instead. Multiple shawnee county police reports, ample documentation confirming Mr. Wilkinson acknowledged that he needed to deliver the wood to Montana, several witnesses and lots of other documentation to confirm that this lumber is stolen right now. This is custom cut cypress and we have 31 up close pictures of that lumber and 6 of the oak beams. The lumber was to be delivered to Bozeman, Montana by Rob Wilkinson of Wilkinson Transport

Rob Wilkinson of Wilkinson Transport stole an entire load valued at just over $30,000. He had absolutely no intention of delivering the load. This was a scam from the very beginning. This man is a felon, he was charged and convicted of 3 counts of aggravated robbery in 2004. Do a detailed background check before using Wilkinson Transport out of Topeka, Kansas 785-207-5959
