Complaint Review: Will Do Inc Restoration - St Paul Minnesota

If Mario is really trying to move on and the only way is to go up after hitting bottom, then maybe one of the first things that he should do is to begin to pay back those who he has stolen money from, especially those who have been awarded judgements in the Civil cases brought against him, because they really have no further legal recourse. 

Since money was the driving factory in the things that Mario states that he is not proud of, then he knows just how difficult it is to legally build some wealth in order to support himself and his family.  The people that he stole from have those same difficulties and were significantly hurt financially by Mario's theft.  Not only did they put their trust in Mario, but they were duped in to trying to help him as a "so called" friend.

I'm sure that Mario can't afford to pay back all the he stole, especially all at once, but some effort on his part to begin reparations by paying back little by little would say a lot to the people that he stole from.  I would think that if he did learn anything from his problems, and he was really trying to square himself up and be a good single Dad, that he would want to alleviate any guilt as a recognition of those whom he has hurt, and he, himself would look to initiate a discussion or show himself as a changed person to those whom he affected. 

However, I don't really believe people like Mario feel any guilt for what they've done, whether a supposedly a "poor decision" or "mistake" that they made.  If they did feel guilt, they would try to make reparations for what they have done and that simply is not going to happen!

Forgiveness is difficult, especially when there seems to be no personal signs of remorse towards those specific individuals he has hurt, only a general statement of regret for poor choices.  The lack of forgiveness makes none of us perfect, just like Mario's choices, but just the struggle with trying to forgive is another challenge that Mario has forced his victims to face.

As part of this new and exciting information, I'd also like to add that very soon a long standing rumor will be put to rest.  Soon, royalty will join the Will Do staff.  I can't give away too much, but imagine the customer satisfaction given by a roofer wearing Blue Suede Shoes.  That's right our newest Sales and Marketing Manager is coming to us directly from the Heartbreak Hotel!  Our initial hiring inquiries to this legend came back marked Return to Sender.  So we called this King and said Don't Be Cruel, It's Now or Never.  Initially this member of the Memphis Mafia thought we were The Devil in Disguise.  That's right, he's even bringing his Hound Dog with him folks, our new Sales and Marketing Manager, the legend himself, the King of Rock n Roll - Elvis Presley!!!

People do try to get Mario Cortolezzis fired from where he tries to hold down a job. Companies should be aware of the liability he creates for them. Someone like Mario Cortolezzis who doesn't think twice about stealing tens of thousands of dollars from children with autism should not be trusted.

Stealing is not a mistake! It's immoral, wrong and simply criminal.


I know nothing about about this company http://willydo.wordpress.com/ but they should be careful because employing Mario Cortolezzis will only ultimately lead to a bad reputation.

If the person who responded to my post really is an "ex-employee" who worked with Mario I feel bad for them. They have been played into trusting someone with no morals. There is nothing to discuss with someone like Mario because I do not associate with thieves.  I wait to hear what the results of the 8 felonies he was charged with.

I have seen many things on Mario on this website, that I cannot comment on, because I didn't know him that well back then.  But on this posting, I would worry more about the owner of the company more than Mario.  Mario and I met with customers more than once to appologize for their concerns with Will Collins the owner of the company.  The "charity" on the posting, sorry to say that was all Will Collins's idea, infact I was standing outside the office when Will brought it up to us and asked Mario if he knew anything on charity donations.  Mario was the first of us to say he wanted nothing to do with it, he said it was a good idea, but did not want to be involved.  But one thing is for sure that my time with Will Do Restoration, Mario was great to work with.  He informed Will and other sales people from the first day, that there was things said about him on the internet, and that he had made some poor choices in life, but is seaking the help to make him better and asked not to judge him about things we read online, he wanted us to let him prove himself to us.

Did you know that the people he worked for, called any employer that Mario comes in contact with, and tries to get him fired? 

Did you know that it worked twice? 

Do you know how SICK that is?

We are all human, we all make mistakes!  Now I am one of those guys, that loves to surf the net and I am not defending Mario's past actions.  All I can say is that the time I spent with him, he was a good employee.  He drove a really crappy car, but always showed up at appointments with a smile on his face and ready to work.  I would worry more about some of the actions of Will Do more than Mario on this post.  I still see Mario from time to time and he is doing the best he can.  If anyone can write on this website, and say that they have never made some really stupid choices in thier life, then you are lieing to yourself.  I told Mario about this post and it made him sad, and told me he prays that one day this to shall pass.  I, myself have made bigger mistakes than Mario in life, I have been to jail, rehab, back to jail and never once had a rip of report about me.  I think you folks out there that are so pissed at Mario, should sit down with him and clear that air, make him face your feelings and let him see how it made you feel.  Holding all this anger in not healthy. 

I beleive that he is doing the best he can as a single dad and I know he is getting help to better himself and has started to process of re-building.  Once your at the bottom, there is only one way out, UP!

As for Will Do Restoration, Inc, there are to many contractors out there, keep shopping.
