Dr. Mehenou Satu Amouzou - MSA, Inc. appears to be an innocent third party that was only referred by Joseph Merenda to work with Michale Moore, UT in a separate deal, which is why his name was in one of the contracts. He claims he does not know who William Balog is or about the excessive fee that was collected. Michael and Dr. Satu stated that they would pay back the excessive fee plus interest even though they were not part of the initial Balog-Joseph deal. As such, Michael and Dr. Satu are helping us out and are also planning on using the funds from the deal for humanitarian projects. Please disregard the use of their name as part of this report and I will look into how to remove them completely.

It appears that Dr. Mehenou Satu Amouzou had no knowledge of William Balog or the excessive fee that was collected. He was just referred by Joseph Merenda to work with Michael Moore, UT on what had become a separate deal (which is why I saw his name in one of the contracts). As such, I cannot prove that Dr. Mehenou Satu Amouzou was part of this scam and it appears that he is an innocent third party that is still trying to make something out of the separate deal, which involves a humanitarian project. I am still waiting on potential payment from Michael Moore. FYI: Joseph Matthews Merenda was indicted by the FBI in Oklahoma May 11, 2009 http://oklahomacity.fbi.gov/dojpressrel/pressrel09/oc051109.htm

We are also looking for information on the Balog-Merenda team as our "project" has been in a holding pattern for more than 8 months as the mysterious "funding ghost" has yet to take on any flesh. I would be interested in speaking with Sganon5 regarding his experience to see if it is similar to ours.
