William Beaumont hospital royal oak emergency room Worst emergency room staff doctor and nurses forgot their oaths they took Royal oak Michigan
My 48 year old husband went to royal oak Beaumont ER in extreme pain in his back. Their were not beds available in the er because they needed to be cleaned. They left my husband Ina hallway in front of the soiled linen closet for 9 hours. A doctor came to examine him and all he did was lift my husbands leg and said he would have nurse give him a shot of pain mess and a Valium . Hour later nurse shows up and administers. Nice male nurse. 2 hours later doctor Hutchinson comes back my husband could still not stand. Hour later very rude nurse comes to my husband who is still in agony and huffed and said you don't even have an IV in and proceed to put a tourniquet around his arm, my husband asked your going to do this in the hallway? The nurse the Ripped the tourniquet off his arm and said fine you don't want pain mess! She then walked away . I then made a complaint about that nurse to another nurse. Next thing we know the rude nurse,head Nurse and 4 security guards are at my husband bed ...in the hallway saying he was being combative and that the nurse said my husband who couldn't even move swung at her and swore at her. Absolute lie! I then called that nurse a liar that she was making it up because I complained about her. She then gave me. Huge attitude and security threw me out! I asked to have a wheelchair so I could take my husband to a better hospital and they said no, I said I would have ambulance come transfer him they said no. My husband could not stand so I had to leave him with these horrible people. They proceeded to neglect my husband in the hallway didn't even ask if he wanted A blanket,pillow or even some water. Another dr. bradford walters showed up to see my husband and said he's not getting treatment because of his actions and that he was lucky he wasn't in handcuffs or jail. My husband asked to talk to his boss and Dr said never gonna happen. All this because a nurse lied! They didn't tell my husband he had been discharged with no treatment at all and left him with an IV and kept walking past him. Patient advocate was no help. So my husband pulled out his own IV after 9 hours and crawled out of the hospital with no help because they wouldn't let me in. I thought patient had rights. My husband is still in extreme pain and will now never go to another emergency room. This was his first time going to an ER. Dr.bradford Walters, head nurse Katie and the lying nurse whose name I do not have should all be ashamed of themselves !

Sure they did. In a hospital emergency room WITH NO AVAILABLE beds. RIIIIGHT!!! NOT either BUYING it OR BELIEVING IT!!!! People like YOU tend to think that JUST because YOU have a situation that EVERYONE is supposed to drop everything they are doing and attend to YOUR NEEDS!!!!! let me be the first to break this info to YOU. There were OTHER PEOPLE there with WORSE problems then your husbands back spasm. Its an EMERGENCY ROOM!!! Your husbands pain is NOT an emergency by definition!!! Since it IS an ER it means they are busy!!!! They DO NOT have time for YOUR foolishness!!! Other peoples LIVES are on the line yet YOU seem to think THEY don't matter in favor of YOUR husbands pain. See how selfish YOU look?? Then add on top of it YOUR attitude AND your husbands combativeness, well it makes for a poor situation all the way around. YOU need to learn more patience AND apply that lesson to YOUR life. All I see is someone who expects the world and gives NOTHING back but negativity when they don't get it. YOU have in NO WAY been ripped off. YOU have made YOUR POST out of SPITE and trust me it doesn't look good on YOU!! YOU are a selfentitled spoiled person who made the situation WORSE by being there. THEN when its CRYSTAL CLEAR that THEY are NOT going to just pump narcotics into your husband, YOU try and go on the war path and make unrealistic demands. In NO WAY did ANY of the participants in YOUR fiction break the Hypocratic Oath. YOU should be ashamed of yourself and YOUR actions that day. But YOU wont be because like EVERY female out there, there is NO WAY you will ever admit to NOT being that perfect creature. Its just NOT in you to either GROW or change.
