Continues to add to his list of growing felonies by threatening the judge who presided in his eviction case in 2016. Broward Judge Ellen Feld and her office staff were threatened by Bresch in a obscene tirade in which he called Judge Feld and her staff, "pedophiles and child molesters." Bresch also informed Judge Feld he was armed and had instructed his family to "shoot to kill." Bresch was arrested at his mothers home in Melbourne Florida and returned to Broward county jail with no bail for his threats of violence and harassing calls via 2 way communication. After 3 months he was offered bail with condition of ankle monitoring with GPS. Once released Bresch wasted no time in cutting off the ankle monitor and tried to flee the state of Florida.
Mr. Bresch was arrested in Jacksonville, by U.S. Marshalls and returned to Broward county to await trial on his origional charges plus additional felony charges for absconding on conditions of his bail. A career felon for most of his adult life, Bresch will finally be serving at least some portion of the next several years incarcerated. Threatening judges and law enforcement are both serious crimes and not taken lightly with regard to minimum mandatory sentencing.
