William Caleb Mann is a farmers insurance agent in Roanoke VA and he is the BIGGEST scam artist and rip off in the Roanoke Valley. BEWARE of doing business with Caleb Mann in Roanoke. He is a liar and evades taxes. His secretary (the one with tattoos all over her) that he lies on tax returns and pockets cash payments. My wife paid for a policy that never existed.
William Caleb Mann needs to be investigated by the SCC and FTC as well as the IRS for TAX EVASION and fraud. He is a complete liar and theif and will ruin your financial life if given the chance. Farmers insurance in Roanoke should be ashamed of having a man like William "Caleb" Mann be an agent. Scam artists like him should be behind bars.

I've been a client of the Mann Agency for years now and have seen nothing but fair and helpful behavior from them towards me, my family and friends that I have sent there, and others I have experienced when I have been in their office. They always put my interests before their own, and my family and friends agree. It's a shame someone would take a mean spirited, slanderous approach to a problem they could handle other ways. The Caleb Mann Agency is more personable and caring than any other insurance agency I've dealt with in many years. I'll pay more to stay and work with them if I had to, but pricing always seems fair. I thank them for being decent people in a world today that doesn’t always care enough about others to be decent.
