William Miller III Marshane Kemp marshane Kemp took the two Kemp grand-daughters to woodbridge Va back into her abusive relationship with William Miller III Woodbridge, Virginia
July 2010 Marshane Kemp fled Nevada to Washington state to escape the constant physical and emotional abuse by William Miller III.(her Boyfriend)
July 2010 Marshane Kemp requested protection and assistance - putting her and her four minor daughters in safe housing with strict instructions not to let William or anyone know where they were.
September 2010 appxMarshane procured Salvation Army housing inSpokane Wafor 140 dollars a month.
By November she had contacted Billy(William) and planned to take the children back to Va to visit Billy and his mother for Christmas. It was a trap. Marshane lied to me.her children and the state of Washington. She deliberately placed her 4 daughters back with a proven violent child abuser and wife beater.
My two grand-daughters are Naomi (14)and Hannah Kemp(12) Naomi has ran away once already . She was threatened by Billy to shut up about everything or he would ram her teeth down her throat. Naomi has dents in her skull received by repeated beatings by Billy in the past.
I have called cps the police for a well child check by the police in Woodbridge.
An Eisha Jones from CPS called me and her attitude was that Billy hadn't hurt anybody yet in Virginia. Threats evidently aren't enough. Police Detective Harris returned my well child inquiry left a message on my voice mail to call on Tuesday.
I find the Prince William County to be woefully inadequate and neglectful themselves concerning my grand-daughters mental and physical welfare.
Please consider this a major complaint.
I would like my grand-daughters back with this side of the family-- but really all 4 of those girls are in serious danger from this man and my alcoholic pill popping ex daughter in law
