William Schnarr Con Man, Stalker This man will con you and then stalk you. He recently lied about moving to AK or AL, but is in Islamorada or headed that way. Islamorada Florida
This man has caused financial losses of at least $30,000 to people in Colorado, and those are only the thefts that could be detailed. He'll tell you he is a dependable houise sitter, and the first time, nothing will be gone, but many things will be "rearranged". He'll gain your confidence, but he has made an extra key to your house, and he has all your belongings catalogued...with some things "relocated" to cause confusion and possibly cover the thefts that are coming.
He is a felony stalker, wanted in Monroe County, FL for jumping probation (on felony assault charges). He has been charged with "fraudulent activities" and has an extensive record in Florida, Georgia, and Michigan.
He is a 6 foot. tall, thin guy with a shock of white har and a white beard. He prides himself on his "disguises", but he really isn't that good at it. He IS a good con man - he uses "divide and conquer"... will engage your friends and use gossip to turn them against you.
When you are isolated, he'll strike - theft, stalking, and he records EVERY PHONE CONVERSATION, which he edits later to convince the cops that he is the victim.
WATCH OUT...if you meet him, you will suddenly find yourself in the middle of a deadly shell game...he has no remorse.

Bill Schnarr Jr (also known as William Schnarr) recently moved back to the Lansing, MI area (maybe Gull Lake). He moves around a lot - trying to stay ahead of all the people he has cheated and trying to stay below the radar of Police.
He still has an open warrant in Monroe County, FL-original charge felony assault and stalking. Watch out for this man...he is a narcissistic sociopath!
He will find a way to "entrain" with you - amazing how many things you have in common! All the while, he is observing you - watching your habits, your schedule, your property, your locks and keys, and giving such a heart-rending story of bad luck, you just want to help the poor guy get back on his feet. He will be helping you with all the wonderful "services" he offers you to make your life easier...while he's helping himself to your antiques, your tools, anything of value. Soon, he will start rearranging things in your home - things get out of place, and then they're suddenly missing - but he has no idea why.
He has a "thing" for kitchen items...thinks he's a wonderful baker - but he never washes his hands unless you are watching, and he will take baking pans, table cloths, and nice utensils.
