These people will contact you and ask you why there is a cardboard box in your stairs and demand that you pick it up. They will inspect frequently and ask you why you took a door knob off a door which is none of their business. And the fact is that the door knob is broken and they ignored three requests to fix it and I don't want my kid to get locked inside the room. So I took the door knob off. But I owe them no explanation. They have no concept of how to be honest and they are constantly trying to scam you by telling you that you have to make repairs when that is not true.
If you go to yelp, you will see about 50 hidden reviews which are all negative. Google blocks most negative reviews. So yelp and google reviews are manipulated to show more positive reviews and delete and hide negative reviews. They are cheats. But most of all, you will have no peace if you rent from them. They will constantly harass you for every little thing including things that are none of their business like whose car is parked in my driveway. Which is none of their business. I have to say that these people are truly crazy to think that they have the right to be in your business -- which that don't have the right. You should find an individual owner who owns a couple properties and stay away from these Nazis.
