Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

It came around the holidays and my family needed some money for Christmas and house repairs. We was behind in rent also so I thought I'll take out a loan. Everything was good until I got behind and I made arrangement s to pay a late balance. A second time later in the year after not working I figured I'll pay next check but my car was repossessed from my moms job. Mind you, I never even received a call. I actually thought someone stole the car and I was going to call the police. I called them instead. They said they had my car and once I pay the balance I can get it back. My payday was t for another two weeks so I asked will I be able to get it back then and they said yes. Lady told me my car was in the city at an undisclosed location and once Payment was made I can pick up my car. Well, I still received calls from them at home and at work anyway haunting me about payment. Once I did get my check I paid them over the phone and I they told me they would let me know where my car was in 24 hours after Payment cleared. I called back next day and they told me my car was taken to Columbus for auction! I live in Toledo! I was like what?!? How did it get down there? Why would they auction off my car? I only owed like $600 left on it so wasn't like I wasn't going to pay. The rep lied to me to get my payment and then said she released my car so I can go get it! She told me my car was in Toledo and when I spoke to the people at the auction they said my car was there for almost two weeks meaning they sent it to auction almost immediately after they picked it up. I was about 28 at the time. I packed a lunch and turned in some coins and caught a grey hound bus (5 hr ) drive to Columbus and walked to nearest motel. Stayed a night and walked to the auction to pick up my car. Then find out that my plates was taken off my car and I had to drive all the way back to Toledo with no plates on my car. They constantly called and lied to me about my vehicle. I tried to get answers and never got any. My items that was in my car was taken too. Phone calls claiming they was someone else to get me on the phone to was annoying. They then said they sold my debt to someone else who I figured was a creditor. Week later the engine died in the car. All of that for nothing. Never ever deal with that company again!!!

Typical Subprime Mentality

Let's start with this...you are being financed by this subprime (deadbeat) lender because YOU destroyed YOUR CREDIT by YOU not paying YOUR BILLS on time.  (I guess it was all "their" fault also!).  You get financed by this lender because no banks wanted to do business with you and guess what?  In typical serial deadbeat fashion, you don't make your payments to them on time either!  YOU turned on the collections machine and YOU let it go all the way to a repo.  Oh yes, its all their fault, isn't it?

NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer is a serial deadbeat blaming everyone else.
