Wilshire Credit Corperation They fraudulently reported me to credit bureau, when my payment was on time. Pasadena, California
These Guys on 2 seperate occasions said I had not made a payment when I had, both times they threatenned to foreclose on me.
Fortunately I am organized and was able to prove to them that they had in fact cashed my checks both times, however they did not apologize, and had reported to me to the credit bureau, and would do nothing for a remedy and they confiscated my late payment fees, even after I proved to them that the checks were paid on time,and offered no refund.
My credit rating was damaged. How convenient for them, it would be very difficult for me to switch lenders or refinance with my new, poor credit rating.
Giant companies like this will destroy the US real estate market by flooding it with cheap foreclosures.
They are in the business of selling houses, I noticed on their website. (I thought lenders weren't supposed to be)
These people should be stopped, they are a bane to america,the american people, and everything credible lenders stand for. I would urge a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit. .
Or perhaps some sort of government official could start an investigation(IRS maybe?,How about an audit they are obviously crooks).
Somebody shut them down please.

IT ONLY MATTERS THE DATE THAT THE CHECK WAS CASHED, NOT THE DATE YOU PUT ON THE CHECK. IF THE DATE CASHED IS ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE, I WOULD SUE THEM FOR DAMAGES IN FEDERAL COURT UNDER FCRA.
