Wilshire Credit crooks they make their own books its a serious deal when a credit corp steal ripoff Beavertown oregeon
I find wilshire to be a group of very unprofessional irrogant thieves, thier staff is like a revolving door. I never heardof taxes being escrowed and then a company stating the can't estimate what taxes are for each state. Now your payments are more than quoted your not only stealing from me your stealing form the state. I been victimized twice first by the brokerage firm who was one the biggest scandalist prdatory lenders in the states.
Wilshire was a aware of the scandalbut terated me like I was the criminal. ( I believe the broker and wilshire had party on the comissions madefrom the sale) I tried to maintain the payments/ taxes along with the unmentionable of repairs, I even went to the extent to adding indivduals to the deed to to help me with repairs & payments that became to bothersomewith the outrageous amounts wilshire was charging for late fees and other nonsense. I was dragging myself down and others by trying to preserve my credit and the property.
I try to work out a shortsale with wilshire they drag their feet and decide to ultimately do the worse thing forclose on the property and sell it at public auction on august 27,2007. These crooks never sent any body from bank out to see the condition of the property and what it is worth but instead the wanted to ruin my credit, they should of been happy to accept a sale the way the housing market is today.
Wilshire negiator made a terrible mistake if they think their going to sell the house for any more, furthermore I knowthey dont want to be landlords either. Willshire really made sucks, I did everthing possible to preserve myself and the property. Instead you guys want to do nothing but steal. have fun being landlords. remember what goes around will come back around

As I read through all these statements, I can honestly say that I've been there/done that (for over 12 years now and it continues!), I too wonder why and how they are still allowed to get away with all this. WHY isn't something being done? How can we, the ''nobodies", get involved? If and when legal action should take place, count me in!

My property is forclose on on August 27, 2007. Why do I recieve a call from Wilshire today September 5, 2007 stating their the second lien holder and their looking to collect a debt. I told them they already forclosed I not responsible for other dealings. Rep Paul said to me he wil work out a payoff from the small balance of 80,000 or else he will send the information to the IRS as taxable income. is there any attorney looking into this company and their deceptive practices? This is not a coincidence that we all have the same problem here. oh by the way how did wilshire determine I owe them 80,000 in less than two weeks. This is serious and need legal attention.
