WILSHIRE WILSHIRE LIES AND LIES AND LIES AND THEY STILL SAY THAT THEY WHANT TO HELP PORTLAND Oregon
I was put in foreclosure making my monthly payment i was only late in November and December in 2007 in January 2008 i made two payments and they where return with a letter saying that i am in foreclosure they claim that i have not made any payment since September and i have the proof that it is a lie from my bank. in January i look for a attorney and all the option they gave me is to file for chapter 13 and i don't want to ,So i called wisher and they seed that they can help me and every time that i sent any information it will not get to them and also faxing them the information and nothing from them all i get is the round a round from them and i also sent a check to be endorse so i can fix my home from a small fire i had in the kitchen and they sent it by snail mail and it was lost for the second time and i just don't know what to do anymore with this bank the sale date is in august 13 2008 in Dade county Miami fl ,if there is any one that could help me please let me know I have four boy that are still in school and i am in Workman's comp and the banks know that i am in workman's comp and they DONT CARE about family all they care for is your property, what i have been researching is that wilshire is also lasalle bank and JP Morgan and when i look for lasalle bank in Miami it came up that BANK OF AMERICA AND LASALLE have the same address people look out for these banks it is a night mare what they are doing to the American people it is a SHAME some thing has to be don..........
