Window Concepts Of Minnesota Rip off, they tell you it will cost one amount and then when the bill comes you get nailed. Contractor was to put 8 "acrylic walls in bathroom but the walls are only 4". They will trick you, lie to you and take your money!!! Eagan, Owatonna, Minnesota
Window Concepts of Minnesota will take advantage of you! Being a single mom, I decided to line the bathtub and walls with acrylic, thinking this would be an easy fix. The contractor didn't show up for weeks after I pulled the old lining off the tub & walls. It was a real pain to take a shower.
I paid extra $ for 8' acrylic walls but it ended up being 4'since the wall don't come in 8'.
They will tell you an estimate and then later get you with higher interest. A $2,000.00 job would cost $12,000.00. When I called them they said they can't help me.

After speaking with Greg, the owner of Window Concepts, I see now that this was just a misunderstanding. I am very happy with the work Window Concepts did for me. I only wished I would have paid more attention to the finance agreement. Thank you Greg for listening to my complaint. You guys really do a nice job.
