Window Concepts of Minnesota, Greg Ramel They never honored the contract estimated at 10 to 16 weeks. It was over 12 months to completion. They got paid for work they did do as I had to do things just to get the job done and pass inspection. I ended up with 3 repaired windows out of 16 and I paid for new windows. St. Paul Minnesota
