Their MO is always the same: they take your order, string you along 1-4 months, then stop taking your calles or emails. You're left with no alternative but to take them to small claims court in St Johns County (where they live). Florida Attny Gen Office and Better Business Bur have numerous complaints against them. DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THEM! Go to Lowes or Home Depot.
