Windsor Forest Apartments Ripped off for a bogus administration fee because they stated I do not qualify. Pompano Florida
As a business owner, my industry does not provide a steady paycheck. I am an auctioneer. I produced bank statements which showed a balance of over ten thousand dollars in the bank. After the application process, I submitted with the administration fees and deposits, which are non-refundable, I was notified that I do not qualify to reside in their comunity. They conveniently and arbitrarily stole my money! I make more money than they do. How do I not qualify? Clearly, it is a scam to get people to apply to reside in their community and turn them down while accumulating millions of dollars in application fees. What a scam! There is no recourse for devious behavior such as this. They prey on individuals to line their pockets with people's hard earned money. Lisa, Jennifer and Gloria should be thrown in Jail, and have their property management licenses revoked. I am contacting the DBPR and the media. This will not go unresolved! It is theft, plain and simple. I make more than enough money with a fico score over 700, and I do not qualify? They hide behind a pos attorney named TILLEY, MICHAEL R7999 N FEDERAL HWYSTE 102

They are all criminals. Michael R Tilley should be dis-barred from practicing law. How dare you exploit people for financial gain! I demand satisfaction!I work hard for my money, not to be ripped off by some third grade level educated pieces of garbage.
