Windsor One: Builders Wood 2x6 Material Dry-Rot in Under 10 years! Cotati, California

Windsor One 2x6 material was purchased 10 years ago and used in a remodel of my home. I was told by the salesman that it was a new product that should last a lifetime in outdoor use. Rot apparently started a few years ago but was discovered recently by my painters. I contacted Kurt Williams at Windsor One who proceeded to tell me to buy a rot-fix product (much like bondo) to repair this irreparable condition. There were 10 areas of rot. The roofing would have to be removed/replaced in order to fix. Approximate cost of $25,000. No further information or help was given by the company. Emails and phone calls were not answered.
