I lived here for more than 1 year. Management is focused on leasing units, not managing the property. As a result, do not expect to receive attentive service, or responsible decision making as far as this community is concerned. Among the problems I experienced:

Neighbors playing music at all hours, at very high volumes.

Maintenance issues remained unresolved (dishwasher did not operate properly for the entire lease, although maintenance tried in vain to fix the problem.

Was hit with an outrageous cleaning bill ($800), and damage report( although the apartment was given a walk through inspection with the property manager on move-out day, and was told that it was in good condition). I requested a written list of the damages.

I received a letter from a law firm that stated that I hade better pay the $800.00 or face litigation and a destroyed credit file. The apartment manager (Beth Russell) agreed to call off the legal henchmen if I would pay the money. She also denied ever receiving correspondance requesting an itemization of damages.
