Complaint Review: Windsors Precius Pets - San Jose California

My wife and I purchased two beautiful little Yorkies from Joann, one before that incident with Kim and one after and I have referred several people to her as well. Joann has been nothing but professional, helpful and from what we have seen and heard, a loving breeder of Yorkies. We take my pups to her for their shots and call her often for advice. She also helps me and others with grooming at no charge. When our son was in the hospital, she kept my pups for us at no charge. We read all the messages that went back and forth, especially from the lady that used to do Kims website and hands down, Kim is a very evil and deceitful person and told a horrible lie about her husband dying in order to get her deposit back. If I were Joann I would post the emails and legal papers against Kim because that would prove that Kim is lying. I think Joann went overboard to help Kim. We asked Joann about the incident with Kim and Joann showed us the emails and legal papers against Kim. In this case, I believe Joann did the right thing. What Kim doesnt say is Joann offered her another puppy when she was ready and didnt give her a time frame. I think Kim just wanted something for nothing and used a lie about her husband dying to get it. When a friend of mine went to look at Kims Yorkies, although they were very cute, Kim was selling them out of a Bar which was run down and filled with cigarette smoke. Joanns pups are raised in a beautiful home (smoke free) in a very loving environment. We are very strong believers in Windsors Precious Pets and would refer them to anyone that is looking for a happy, healthy, well adjusted puppy.

I have read the un Truths Joann Windsor has posted about me she is obviously Trying to get the focus off her. First off All your facts are WRONG, I dont know where you got your information but It is all FALSE. I never was sued or did any of the Crimes you stated, Now along with Keeping my $1000.00 depost and reselling my dog you are spreading vicious LIES about me. And I own a Land mark in Northern California, no one was sued and I never took your sorry Dog Pictures and used them for any thing lady. the Facts are you Stole 1000,00 and NEVER paid back any of it I even said just send back 1/2 and no responce, when I delined to buy the Puppy it was only 4 weeks old and you re sold it, never to Pay me back even a protion of my Depoist. And Some other Person used your info and you are Blaming me. Get your facts straight before you go Lying and De faming a person and Judging their Character, when you have no REAL TRUE Documentatiom. I have the Paper trail to back my Story Lady. Now have you not Only Kept my m,oney and re Sold a Dog but You have said Lies about me. You are the Scam Artist JOANN WINDSOR of WINDSORS PRECIOU PETS. I never would buy pups from Oaklahoma and have never been SUED. I own a LANDMARK in California, so where she gets her Wrong information or just Down Right Lies about me, she better investigate her story before posting UN TRUTHS about a Invidual. Kimberly is the owner of Teddy Bears Yorkies. She went on my website and stole pictures of my dogs and their pedigrees. She also stole from other websites and made up her own pedigrees to look better. She was getting her dogs from a puppy mill in Oklahoma and passing them off as great bloodlines and champion backgrounds. She was also selling them out of a run down bar/beer joint. She told me that her husband was killed in a motorcycle accident, which I found out later that she wasn't even married and there was no accident. Once I and other breeders caught on to her and threatened to take her to court, she changed her website name several times and used her daughter's phone number to throw people off. I have contacted this woman repeadly for months now for my deposit and she continues to ignore me the last I heard she resold the dog making twice as much money, so beware of this Breeder who claims to be so Loving and Caring all she cares about is the money

I am aware of this happening to where windsors Precious Pets in my Opinion kept ba deposit with no contract Not just $100 but $1000.00, to an inocent person who had a tragidy of losing her husband, I believe and was not mentally ready for a puppy and this Joanne ignored her phone calls and then refused to send her back her deposit, how cold hearted and the nerve to demand she send another $1000.00 or she was out the money. Seems she doesnt care any thing about people let alone what this woman weny through, and not her puppy, So she made out like a bandit kept her deposit and then sold the dog to some one else. Ive been reading about this other breeder on here and Im sorry she is getting a bum wrap, and it looks loke someone is just trying to ruin her ,as Ive heard good things aboutthem. When some one like this windsors kept money, and was cold hearted , isnt that pretty sad not to mentionthe victium, as we all do cant spare $1000.00.
