Obviously not - Why do people assume that some unexpected caller offering money is legitimate? WHEN YOU TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE RESEARCH - YOU DO NOT GET SCAMMED! I agree with first rebuttal - This SCAM has been out there, there was no "LOAN" - there never was -they were only trying to steal as much money from you as they could. You have no one to blame but yourself! You came here complain AFTER THE FACT- when you should have come here FIRST - before ever sending money to anyone. -BUT NO you can't be bothered with checking things out first - ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE! THE INTERNET IS A TOOL - USE IT!

There is no way to get your money back. You foolishly sent it to someone you don't know in a foreign country. And, no, you probably won't help anyone with your post because most people, like YOU, do foolish things and THEN come here for help. You have no one to blame but yourself. WISE UP !!!! No lender EVER requires money to be paid up front for a personal loan. Do you not know this ???? Geeeezzzzz.
