Well you are correct about one thing, they are not from North Carolina. They are actually in Canada. As for everything else. You are never going to catch them. For one just about every thing they told you was a lie. This includes the company name, address, and even their names. If you track the phone number you will find that it probably belongs to a Cell Phone company that sells Pay-As-You-Go phones where they don't need any ID or proof of who they are to get one. The ONLY way to stop them is to not fall for their scam. As long as people believe that they are going to get a loan by paying in advance, they are going to continue to be scammed.
