After writing an email to corporate, I received this email from the manager there: "I am sorry you feel this way. I suspect you may have mistaken Trina's nearly lost voice and inability to speak in her normal tone ( due to a recent cold) as rude." I love the explanation to the rude behavior and nonexistent explanation to the poor quality.
