Brian, What's your order number? I'll look up the status of your rebates if you can provide me with that information (send me an email off-line). I realize that 10-12 weeks seems like a long time to wait for a check, but our processing time is advertised along with the rebate terms on all rebate deals we offer. Unfortunately there is a process rebate submissions have to go through, as we need to process your paperwork, verify your standing with the carrier, etc. We've experiencing phenomenal growth in the last year, which has resulted in a large volume of rebate claims. We even changed rebate vendors -- this center has larger capacity -- in the fall in order to serve our customers better. We appreciate your patience, and ask our customers to understand that we're working on speeding up this process.
