Hi Edgar, The terms and conditions of the rebates are clearly stated during the ordering process -- you must file between 180 and 210 days. Basically, we have a requirement by the carrier to ensure that you maintained your account for a full 6 months. 180 days from your activation date would have been Nov. 30th or later. Therefore, you could not have met the requirements explained on the web site and the rebate forms if you sent your claim anytime before Nov. 30th (assuming the phone was activated the day after you placed your order and we ran the credit check). You can still resubmit your claim before the 210 day mark and it will be approved granted you meet the requirements.
