Beware, send an email, text, letter or phone call to all your friends and family! The website www.wirefly.com that promises rebates for phones purchased is a scam. Yes there are some people that get their money back, but from reports I have read most people do what they hope people do "give up". I have heard numerous excuses as to why my rebates are being processed so slowly from a phone I bought in Oct of 2005. This is their scam, they offer you a phone free of charge as long as you keep your phone for 1 year. Then after 3 months bills you can send in your rebate, with all the nessesary information. Then they contact you within 4-6 weeks telling you that you were missing information and to fax or mail it in. Then they put another 4-6 week processing time on that. Then you call to check on it and they tell you more lies, and more lies and more lies. It goes on and on.
Anyways, for those of you trying to get your rebate back, don't give up. You can get you money back, we can do it together, I am in the process of trying with mine. Here is another number to try them since the main 866 number is no longer active, #(866) 274-8573. I got this number after telling them i am going to report them to my lawyer and to the local news companies... They said I will get my money within 3-4 weeks, so we will see if it happens. For those of you who just bought from here, return if you can, or if you can't put a dispute out with the credit card you purchased with. My credit card won't allow me since it as been too long (OCT 2005) but others it may not be too late...hope this helps
