This is an update as of July 13,2006. I received an e-mail from Jon Delahay stating he would try to to see if he could take this matter to the board. I resent him all the information & the UPS tracking number showing that they received all information on 12.29.2005. He has since come back & congratulated me on my honesty for telling him that I sent both rebates in one package. He is now telling me that since they weren't sent in separate packages that he can no long go to management with my problem on the rebate. What a scam! I have been RIPPED-OFF!!!

Hi, Mary Ann: Our outsource rebate vendor is experiencing a back up and as a result there is longer than usual processing time for everyone's rebates, not just yours. I'll be more than happy to see if I can give you anything more specific about where they are in the processing.
