Dade City,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Having worked for Wireless Communications I can assure you that there business practices are questionable...They are sales driven and they expect you do do whatever it takes to make sales... I was fired for not making enough sales...I was there a little over 3 weeks and was never entered into the computer to validate my sells and another employee got credit for my sales and I got fired...My first paycheck was short 2 days pay...I notified my Area Sales Manager who stated she would have a check cut...A week later I was fired and I never knew I was fired until an employee called to find out...Then she stated I was for not selling enough phones...I tried to explain I did sell phones that I wasn't in the computer and someone else was getting my sales...I stated I was going to call corporate and she stated she didn't care...I called the Regional Manager who stated he was unable to talk at the time and would call back...as you can guess I never heard back...I called the corporate office and was not allow to talk to anyone... Beware of their contacts Wireless Communications attaches an $200.00 early termination fee on the contacts plus you have a $175.00 early termination fee with Verizon also...the company was telling us to get the customers credit number or checking account information so they could collect the $200.00 if need be... They also give misleading information about plans such as roaming...I have seem a salesperson state that the white area on the America's Choice (map) plan as the extended calling area...it's not it's a roaming area and roaming rates apply... Oh and about the money for the 2 days of missing pay...I had to call payroll because it was never reported...the payroll lady called my Sales Manager and got it straightened out...also I was told I would be getting paid for the day I went to work and didn't know I was fired...that's yet to be seen...Don't blame Verizon or Home Depot for the experiences with Wireless Communications...Notify them about the business practices of Wireless Communications... Wireless Communications has big problems...
