Todd- You were not let go of false accusations. You were let go because of Sexual Harrasment! This is why the company no longer exists. The company was decietful, lied, and unmoral like this former employee who was a Manager for 6 months.

Former Field Manager

I was a former Field Manager for Wireless Retail. I was terminated under false accusations, but that's life. I really don't understand what all the fuss is about. Although Wireless Retail had some tough times paying employees what they were owed, most of the time it came down to the employees making mistakes on their commission report. As Management at the time, I can say that we did not have the ability to fix the problems and if we were able to fix anything it took some time. What most of you don't realize is that they were a company that went from nothing to millions overnight. There were going to be some bumps along the way. I am not defending Wireless Retail by any means, I am just stating that if you did your job and paid attention to detail you were compensated enormously. I made more money for Wireless Retail than any other job I had. Most of my old employees will state the same. Not to mention the incredible amount of training they gave. I felt I was treated above and beyond compared to other companies. I base my work ethic now on what I was taught at Wireless Retail. Last, I will state that any manager thats makes negative comments about another manager shouldn't have been in management to begin with. We all have our styles for the area we are in. Some managers can talk their way out of a questions that they don't know the answer to, does that make them a bad manager? No! It shows that they are creative. What happens when a customer comes to the kiosk and asks you something you have no answer for? Are you going to sit there with a stupid look on your face? No, you are going to go with it and hopefuly come up with the right answer that the customer wants to hear. Most ex-employees of Wireless Retail left with a sour taste in our mouth, but just remember the real way you were treated when you were there, it really wasn't so bad.

I was in Management 101 with you (Scottsdale w/ Giese and Keens-Douglas) and I can say that it is people like you (along with unqualified upper managers) that brought WRI down. Managers who walk around with a blatant obnoxious arrogance (like yourself) actually believe that the way you carry yourself motivates sales people! At this training it was most evident in you and some manager from Washington, who was even worse. You dressed the part of a corporate yes-man very well, you also proved you were. When put on the spot you could not answer a single question or role play a situation w/out talking your way out of it somehow. So enjoy the fact that you are still with WRI or SC Kiosks, it will be the only company that rewards arrogant and incompetnet morons like yourself!

Wireless Retail was a roller coaster ride from day one

Jennifer Vernon, I loved your response to this post. Yes, Wireless Retail was a roller coaster ride from day one but so is life in general. The sad thing is that you completely destroyed the Wichita Market when one of Bravo's left. You were one of the worst managers in the history of the company, and the only reason you became a manager is because their was no one else to manage. You couldn't motivate a group of 3rd graders to go to recess. Feel free to call me anytime for a refresher on Management 101. I still make a lot of money and my future gets better everyday. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out which one of the brothers wrote this post. But I know do know one thing, we're both still one of the best sales managers on the planet and I don't ever want you to forget that. In closing, sorry to everyone who has had problems with WRI in the past. I hope all of you get your issues resolved in the near future. Good Luck with all future career endeavors.

Who to call

Call the District of Labor for Texas and report it. You can actually sue them for not only the 1100 bonus but also for any overtime they "took" back in Draw and for the period of time it takes them to pay you. They will also see fines from the state of Texas if it goes through the DOL.. So, call them first and threaten, then go to DOL. I used to be a Manager for them and saw this constantly. I would hurry though, I don't see them lasting through June. They loose the Best Buy contract next and it will be a "quick" close. Email me if you need more help. I worked there for 2.5 years and know their systems well. I hope you printed out a copy of your commission reports, that helps hugely ! By the way, sorry if you worked for a Bravo... ~ Jen
