Wireless Toyz Totally Screwed Over - Phone not the same Mesa Arizona
I took my phone to get the charger port repaired at Wireless Toyz on Country Club and Southern in Mesa, AZ. Gilbert took my phone and kept it almost 2 weeks. He said the first charger port was defective so he had to order another. When I picked up my phone, it was not the same. It takes forever to send a message and calls don't come in directly. It will just show missed calls. There are icons displayed on the top bar that are not even activated such as the motion features. I continuously get a NO SERVICE display when trying to make a call. I even have a cellspot router at home from my wireless carrier and it still isnt working correctly. I took the phone back to Gilbert and told him what was going on. He told me there was nothing he could do about it and basically I was SOL. After spending over $500 for a decent phone, my Ssamsung Galaxy S5 is now ruined and the repairs from Wireless Toyz is the reason. There was nothing wrong with my phone at all except the charger port was loose. I was screwed over and they took advantage of me. I will never shop at this place again. It they do a repair and it isn't correct, you are just BURNT.
