I moved my line to wireless65 since February but until now Craig Owens still didn't pay my termination fee. We have an agreements that if I move to wireless65 he has pay the termination fee but he never did! I sent a notarized document with proper documentation but after that, I cant get hold with him anymore, he never answer my call.Customer service is terrible!
I texted him 10 days ago and he replied that the check has been sent but I never did get it until now. all he did is just LIE, LIE and LIE!!!!
