This ripoff report was faxed to the Stalinists in Madison, Wisconsin
Wisconsin has Stalinists as judges. Kessler, Fine and the other idiot would not know what a case of manifest of justice is if it kicked them in the face. Go back to law school. Better then that resign. State vs. Escalona is voodoo law and denying the innocent due process of the law. You can also include the idiots on the Wisconsin Supreme n**i Court. Another group of n**i good ole boys looking out for their political buddies and ignoring public policy.
You can also include Michael Brennan and the senile Victor Manion. These two dinosaurs should have been kicked off the bench for practicing voodoo law by denying the innocent Due Process of the Law.
I am going to continue to promote the story behind the case and the liars and the voodoo judges involved in this case. I will have a website up within three days. It will be hosted overseas.
By the way. The first Amendment gives me the right to Freedom of Speech. Maybe Wisconsin Court of Stalinistic Appeals or Wisconsin Supreme Stalinistic Court took that right away. There are no threats in this email!!!!
So I will exercise my right to Freedom of Speech on the internet and tell people the story and about their n**i vodoo decisions. As for the case it goes into 7th Court of Appeals in Chicago. Lets see the Stalinists play their good ole boy politics with a Federal Judge.
I also wrote a report letting the public know the voodoo case law that you bozo the clowns have been publishing on Ripoffreport.com. It can not be deleted. So suffer the consequences of your Stalin case law. I hope I discourage people from visiting or moving to Wisconsin.
My licensed Private Investigator has another idea. Only this time a federal Judge will hold a hearing concerning Newly Discovered Evidence.

Get real. Convicted of a crime by a lower court. Affirmed on appeal. "I was found guilty because my lawyer sucked" is one of the lamest excuses offered, and it is offered by most convicts. As we all know 99% of convicts now living in prison are innocent, if you believe them.
