wiseman capital group Rey Rodriguez Took Large sum of money for due dilligence NO LOAN, NOTHING! san antonio, Texas
Refered to Wiseman Capital. Advised by Rey Rodriguez, Wiseman Capital that he could obtain loan. Wired funds to him on 08/23/10. All documents sent on timely basis. Advised I wanted to close loan by 12/31/10. Attempts to contact Rodriguez were unanswered, at first he returned calls and advised loan was in underwriting and would close soon. After this all attempts to contact Rodrigues went unanswered. On 01/04/11, I was contacted by Rodriguez and advised his father was ill and he would refund my funds within one week. Still NOTHING. Can not contact him. Notified Attorney General of Texas, not much help.
