This company automaticly pops up with an offer for virus protection say you have a virus. When you purchase the product it doesn't download protection, instead it gives you several viruses.
When you call them they say they will have a technician call you back, and they never do.
I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charge.

Couldn't find software on my computer after buying it and found out how to download and install it only after speaking with tech support... cannot say this is what I expected but the program works satisfactorily and that's what I need
