This report filed by Tammy of Illinois is a false ripoff report filed in retaliation by Mike and Kathryn Smith of Cherryville/Vale NC. The Smiths are well known con-artists that have been scamming horse buyers on the internet since at least 2002. They buy green or old auction horses for a few hundred dollars and sell them for thousands of dollars to unsuspecting beginners or to people looking for children's horses. The Smiths use various names, farm names, and town names to sell their horses. In this false ripoff report they are falsely accusing Hilaire Williams of what they themselves have been doing for years. Actually, Hilaire Williams has been scammed by the Smiths. Hilaire, myself and many others have been trying to warn others about these con-artists. People have been hurt by these horses, law suits have been filed, lawsuits have been won, and a TV expose has been done on the Smiths(WCNC TV in Charlotte,NC).
