Wizkid Marketing, Bobby Stanley, Brian King Robert Stanley Promised Targeted Email Marketing Services on Several Occassion and never delivered Los Angeles,, California
I was referred to Bobby Stanley and Wizkid Marketing by a colleague who had success using their targeted email marketing. My company worked out a deal with them for our sales people, a fixed price point for a particular number of emails. I was to "test" the service out and then we would recommended them to the rest of the sales staff as a lead generation tool. We are all independent contractors and can use all the help we can get generating good leads. It took me a couple of weeks to get started but I got the client message form filled out and wired $500 to WizKid Marketing.
Bobby was to use the same message that had worked so well for my colleague and send the batch of emails out that week. The week came and went and my phone did not ring. At the time I was new to the job so when I say it didn't ring literally I would have noticed even a few responses. I called Bobby several times and no response. I called the main office and left a message. At this point Brian King became involved and told me that Bobby was an independent contractor and had not been in the office for several days. Brian was to either locate Bobby or assign my job to another person. We went back and forth for weeks. Brian would say "I thought Bobby already took care of this" or "resend your client message form and we will have someone else do it"
I initially paid in mid September 2010 this continued for two months. I threatened to report them and they would get back to me saying my campaign was ready to go out. Here we are almost three months later and I have never seen an email or received a call from any email campaign. I assume it was never done. The company is also impossible to reach by phone and takes at least 24hours or more to respond to emails.
Judging from the fact that a couple other people have had this same issue, I would definitely say that Bobby Stanley, Brian King and Wizkid marketing are definitely ripping people off!
