"WLI Resevation Rewards should be on the list to be eliminated like Osama Bin Ladin"

This company charged my account $9.00 on Jan 30, 2004. To make things worse I had recently moved and stopped funding my account thru DDS. So, my account was empty when the charge was accessed.

I was charged $33.00 by my bank for Insuffecent Funds and then charged $5.00 a day until the balance was brought back to zero. So, what started out to be a $9.00 fee for a service that I NEVER AUTHORIZED turned into being a -$57.00 fee.

So, I made all the proper claims against Reservation Rewards and then called to confirm with Wells Fargo of the progress. They initiated a 3 way conversation with Reservation Rewards. I canceled my account with them (RR) and they credited my account $9.00. Wells Fargo in return credited the rest of the funds in my account that I was charged.

My next target Fandango.com. they acted like they where surprised about the whole issue. They knew all along that the extra charge was there and they never informed anyone on their site all the way up to your final conformation of your ticket purchase. They then informed me that when you have to enter your email address twice that is when you are AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED WITH WLI RESERVATION REWARDS. Your email address is your electronic signature with fandango.com thus your identity. In return your stored credit card number when you set up your account with Fandango. So, naturally WLI Reservation Rewards feels so inclined to enroll you into their "wonderful" services. Not withstanding you DIDN'T authorize this nor do you know its happening. SO WATCH OUT,,LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
