I called WLI*ReservationRewards after submitting my Rip-off report. I reached customer service and the four months I was charged were reimbursed as of today. I received very little resistance. At first they were only going to reimburse the most current billing but with a little convincing they returned all the money. I discovered that it was through my membership in Classmates.com that WLI*ReservationRewards got my information. I still do not know how they got my checking account information as I NEVER give that information out.
