is as confused by these postings as I am..
Repair credit? How? Do they hire Gotti & Co. to visit the people running the credit bureaus?
And WHAT is ment by "paid $30k for a seasoned LLC with a D&B score of 80+".....??
I think I know what an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) is, but how do, and why would, you buy a "used" one? An LLC is usually a legal entity organised to shield the personal assets of (professional) people who might be sued because they supposedly produced faulty professional work, i.e. a doctor or lawyer.
Maybe someone can explain this, and why someone would pony up $30K for a "used" LLC instead of simply organising their own for <$5K. Hey, Tim, are you there?

Around the beginning of January I paid $30k for a seasoned LLC with a D&B score of 80+. This was supposed to be delivered withing 30 days. I paid an additional $899 to have my credit repaired, meaning to have my score increased 100+ point in 45 days. I have requested a refund via certified mail and a faxed request. I have been unable to reach any one at the company that can answer my questions. Apparently there has been a major exodus of labor, including many of the principles. Be very careful dealing with these people and I will keep the site posted with the progress.

There seem to be new people working on the case, but in the spirit of the consistent culture, they are not at all responsive and I continue to hound them and request my refund.
