Suzanne, The only way they can freeze your bank account is to get a judgement, and they cannot get that unless they have actually sued you and won, even if by default. You need to demand to see the court order that allowed them to freeze your account. Then go to your local courthouse and get every piece of paper filed in the case. They most likely engaged in "sewer service" where they knowingly served an old address of yours so you would not get it and would not respond. This is a common Wolpoff and Abramson scam. File a Bar Association complaint against them right away.
