Wolpoff And Abramson They knowingly robbed me. Rochester New York
Pallisade Collection purchased this collection account without realizing that it had already been taken care of through another agency. They used Wolpoff and Abrsmson to pursue it. When I received the summons, my mistake was believing this was a legitimate debt (those college credit cards back to haunt) made a $100 payment. When I realized it was the same account that had been previously taken care of, I had my attorney contact them, faxing the release, and and letting them know it had been handled. They ignored it and filed for a default judgment anyway. This was done without notice to my attorney, and obviously illegally. We have been calling them and W&A will not respond.
