I recieved papers of garnishment and when I call this office, the number is not able to be answered, and I am directed to somewhere else. And they are not able to tell me who or what company is doing this, I even offered to pay them some money until we figure this out and they refused it. I even have my TRW and it is very clean. I sent it to them faxed it and that number is wrong, so God only knows who recived it. With all of my information on it. There are judgment prices on here that are typed and crossed out and penciled in with differend prices. It's from 2002, and she told me they were trying to find me. I have worked at my job for over twenty years. So why now after so long were they able to do this, and the sad thing my job tells me they have to send them MY hard earned money. And now my good standings with my bills will suffer and I have no money for Christmas, will lose so much here. No money causes a domino effect. I don't make great money, so I can't aford a lawyer. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE and can they do this to someone? CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I am fifty four years old and all alone.

I am not an attorney, but this is what I know. You are being harassed by a nationally known bottom-feeder! See this website for further on WA. http://budhibbs.com/coll_to_avoid_list.htm Most likely you do not owe this debt and/or the statute of limitation has run out. Any collection co. must notify you in writing of the debt, who you owe, how much, date of last activity. I will also bet the farm that the papers you have received are bogus. DO NOT give then any personal information, banking info, SS#, or MONEY until they "figure it out". REQUEST immediately that WA provide you IN WRITING with all formation concerning the debt as stated above. Until that is received you will have nothing more to do with them. What WA is famous for doing is sending bogus "legal" papers and harassing via telephone people who have the bad luck of having the same last name as a real debtor. Be calm, it sounds like you are an unfortunate target. Keep us updated. THIS IS ILLEGAL, SO THERE ARE OTHER THINGS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO TO GET THESE BOTTOM-FEEDERS.
