Complaint Review: Wonderland Mobile & RV Park - Redding California

I just had to post this, to show just how much Lorren & Juna Brooks are so cheap and greedy.. They emptied the built in pool; filled it up with dirt, and recently planted trees in the once pool.. They were ticketed a few times for not paying the insurance/taxes on the pool so these warped minded people came up with a remedy as I stated above.. Since they have owned the park, the Brooks haven't done any upgrading.. They have let the park look like trailer park trash.. More so even now for doing what they did to the pool.. The owners (Hortons) lien holders would be extremely upset to see how this once very nice park has turned into a "hell hole"..They continue allowing registered sex offenders, druggies and alcoholics in the park.. The Brooks are so darn cheap, greedy, nosy and mean..They have no people skills and run the park as communist..They should pack up and go to China.. That is where Juna Brooks is from..China is a communist country, and Lorren & Juna Brooks would fit right in.. Maybe that is how things are done in China, but should never "EVER" be done here in the U.S.A., because we aren't a communist country..

This is to inform the public, that there now is a recently new registered sex offender residing at 15203 Wonderland Blvd. Sp. 109..His name is Robert Errik Naake..Also a long time residence and registered sex offender is in Sp. 128, and his name is Harold Craig Richey.."PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING ABOUT REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS RESIDING AT WONDERLAND MOBILE & RV PARK VERY SERIOUSLY!!"..The owners (Loren & Juna Brooks) have been allowing offenders in the RV section of the park for years..They do business with the parole office/board, so the owners know ahead of time, they are allowing offenders in the park..It is all about the almighty $$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s with the owners..They have no regard; no respect; no consideration; no morals, values or principals for "anyone"..Especially those families that may have children..They won't inform over-nighters or even new tenants that there are sex offenders in their park..Last year there was a total of 5 registered sex offenders at one time in the park..The owners "do not care" about the safety and welfare of children or decent families..They don't supply toilet paper in the restrooms, and last year it was 8 months that the restrooms/showers had been cleaned..Only because the health department got onto the owners about that..Just like the owners were going to be cited for not paying their fees on the swimming pool..So the owner, Loren Brooks filled up the pool with dirt..There is no up clean or upgrades done on the park..In a nut shell the owners are slumlords..They are extremely greedy, nosy, cheap and have no people skills.."They are rude!!"..Mr. Brooks even shoot a stray, scared and yet so friendly of a dog numerous times with a pellet gun, and didn't even have the nerve to inform the dog pound that he/Mr. Brooks shot the dog..This dog was of no threat to anyone..Just scared and lost..These landlords/owners will spend money on upgrading their space and yet won't spend a cent to upgrade the park..Not even lift a paint brush up..Right now they are in Communist China where Mrs. Brooks is from..They usually stay there for about a month..These people are pathetic souls and the park should be shut down..Final note:..There are also drug users and alcoholics in the park, and that also is fine with the owners..Remember it is "ONLY" about the almighty $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s with these cheap, lowlife, rotten pathetic "so called people/landlords/owners"...

As of Jan. 23, 2011 there is a longtime sexual offender (Harold Craig Richey) in Wonderland Mobile & RV Park..In the RV section..Sp. #128..Also recently added is a Robert Errik Naake in the RV section..Sp. #109.."PLEASE BE AWARE AND TAKE THIS MESSAGE VERY SERIOUSLY..THE OWNERS (LOREN & JUNA BROOKS) KNOW AHEAD OF TIME FROM THE "PAROLE OFFICE" THAT THEY ARE ACCEPTING SEXUAL OFFENDERS IN THEIR PARK"..These owners/managers have no regard for the welfare and safety of children..The owners don't have to accept sexual offenders in the park, but they prefer to, because as a couple of tenants stated, they (owners) do business with the "parole board/office"..This is a d**n shame that people as the owners are so greedy..Have no morals, values nor principals, that they chose to run a slum park with sexual offenders, druggies and alcoholics, instead of any regard for the well being and good environment for a family with children..If the owners had any people or business skills, they would clean up the park, first by not allowing sexual offenders, druggies and alcoholics in the park..Also upgrade the park..They won't though, because this is how they (owners) love to run the park because that means $$$$$$$$'s to them; and those dollars are only used to keep up their (owners) space and take trips to Communist China often since that is where Juna Brooks is from.."Sad, absolutely sad!!!!"..

I found Wonderland mobil home and rv park a nice place to stay, be it over night or long term. In reading these complaints, it makes me wonder if the people doing all the complaining are just mad because they couldn't get their way when they stayed there. There are rules at Wonderland just as there are rules at any other place a person might be staying over night or long term. Now as for the registered sex offenders, alcoholics and drug dealers-----well if they are living at Wonderland then that means they aren't LIVING NEXT TO YOU DIPWEED---if anything you should thank Wonderland for letting ALL THOSE TERRIBLE PEOPLE live there so such upstanding grand citizens as your self don't have to deal with those bad people !!!!!!  Here is an idea for you grand upstanding citizens----get a life !!!!!!! And by the way Mr/Ms grand citizens remember this "people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" why don't you open your closet doors and see what falls out---better be careful, that could really be messy !!!!

First of all let me say this about your response..It shows a lot of ignorance on your part..I just love it when people as yourself don't know the facts; the true facts, and yet just start foaming at the mouth; not making any sense..You may have stayed at this park..Well I bet I did longer then you, besides 20 years ago..The difference between then and now is unbelievable..Now if you have no problem living next door to registered sex offenders, drug users and alcoholics, then Wonderland Park is the place for you..I am boggled that you stated and I quote: "Now as for the registered sex offenders, alcoholics and drug dealers---well if they are living in Wonderland then that means they aren't living next to you dipweed"..First of all, I didn't say "drug dealers"..I said "drug users"..And if they are in the same section of the park other tenants are, then that means "THEY ARE LIVING NEXT TO YOU"..MY GOSH WHAT PLANET ARE YOU FROM, BECAUSE IT SURE ISN'T EARTH"..That absolutely doesn't make sense, and sounds like you have some issues..It seems because you are defending these types of people..Sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users, that you are possibly one of them..There would be no other reason to defend such people..Thank you for the statement of "upstanding grand citizens" because compared to those types of people above mentioned, "heck yeah proud to be an upstanding grand citizen"..Informing the public about Wonderland Park, and what goes on in there is indeed information good/decent people, especially those with kids have a right to know the truth..This has nothing to do with "glass houses, etc."..This has to do with informing the public, so they have the "heads up" about Wonderland Park..To where as they can be aware ahead of time, and make their own decision about moving in or being an over-nighter in the park..Also, had to chuckle when you said this is about "tenants not getting their own way"..Lol.."Oh my gosh, you aren't out in left field; you are out of the ballpark!!"..So when the owner, Loren Brooks shot a stray, scared and friendly dog numerous times with a pellet gun, he did that, what to get back at tenants that didn't get their way?..I was there when this was done by Mr. Brooks..He didn't even have the nerve to tell the dog pound when they came out, that "he shot the dog"..I could go on and on about this, and trust me, you would be no match for me..It was difficult enough for me to reply as much as I have to someone that doesn't know their a**h*** from a hole in the ground..Someone that is ignorant, very immature and gives the true meaning of "GET A LIFE!!!"..

P.S. Just wanted to finally say that something came to mind..When you  mentioned about "tenants not getting their way" there is "ONLY" one person that would have said that and has to tenants..That person is owner/manager of Wonderland RV Park, named Loren Brooks..That would also explain why you defended sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users, etc. to try and shift your irresponsible actions running Wonderland Park, upon others..The complaints on and offline against you and the Mrs. are the complete truth and you know it.."Everyone can't be wrong if these complaints weren't the truth, and you know it"..You don't care about people, much less animals..All you care about is "yourself".."GREED, GREED, & MORE GREED"..You don't care about children being protected by being exposed to sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users.."You ONLY care about the almighty dollar, and that makes you a pathetic soul!!"..That is why you forced that blond headed girl and her two small daughters out of the park, because you knew there were sex offenders there and they couldn't be around children..So you intentionally forced this "family" out of the park with a bogus lie because you didn't want to lose your sex offender tenants..I believe at that time there was 4 or 5 in the RV section..That story around the park was the truth, and you even know it.."You should be ashamed of yourself, pretending to be someone else in your response"..Where you got caught though is blaming tenants and former tenants for your actions, and defending those 3 types of people mentioned above, "especially sex offenders!!"..You also knew that if anything would have happened to those young children by one of your sex offender tenants, "you would have been held responsible, probably arrested and sued; knowing ahead of time you were allowing those types of people into a "family section of the rv park, even before they moved in"..You have no morals, values or principals"..There are far more important things in this world then money.."It is called people!!"..You don't care about children, decent adults and dogs..All you care about is getting that almighty dollar and you don't care whom it comes from.."You are shameful to say the least!!"..Wonderland Park use to be a nice and clean family rv park..The place was well maintained..The owners/managers knew how to conduct business properly and very nice people to be around..It wasn't run with so much irresponsibility as it is today..It was run with profession..Things that needed to be fixed, were fixed..The former office was very nice inside and out..Children playing and happy..Parent's not having to worry about sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users, because the then owners/managers would "never have allowed those type of people in that park"..And if they did somehow get in, that fast they would be gone..I know this also to be a fact, because my kids were small when I lived there 20+ or so years ago..The showers/restrooms were always cleaned and sanitized..Maintenance was always done on the park to keep it up..Tenants in the rv section weren't responsible to cut down weeds, etc. in their spaces..The management was and did..Also there was respect for each other..Management and tenants..You have no respect for anyone, including children and animals, because if you did your priorities would be straight, because people (especially children) and animals would come first and foremost with you, instead of the other way around..Sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users..I had a duty, an obligation to inform/warn the public about how you run the park..Whom you allow in..Why?..Because doing the right and honest thing super cedes  the wrong and dishonest things.."Don't bother to reply Mr. Brooks..The jig is up and the gospel truth is out as it should be!!!!"..

TGAPO is actually Loren Brooks..Owner/manager of Wonderland Mobile/RV Park..He tried to disguise himself as someone else on his comment, but like all liars was caught..The complaint I, filed on him with ripoffreport.com as well as those from MerchantCircle are the "complete truth about this person!!"..Infact there now is a couple of more complaints on the site; MerchantCircle against Mr. Brooks..Tenants from the 55 and older section of the park have always and still complain about Mr. & Mrs. Brooks with valid reasons too..These two have now officially earned the title and list of "slumlords" and has given a once very nice mobile/rv park the true meaning of "trailer park trash"..Starting with them..

 This is just an update to state there are two complaints filed on ripoffreport.com against a "rebuttal/response from GPAGO a.k.a. Loren Brooks"..Owner/Manager of Wonderland Mobile & RV Park..One complaint, that didn't show a response from Mr. Brooks, I wasn't able to remove, because it was identical while the "most important complaint/rebuttal/response" is the important one to view..I accidentally posted two same complaints, and as stated wasn't able to remove the one..It took much thought on deciding to file a complaint against Mr. & Mrs. Brooks, but I felt I had a duty; an obligation to inform the public as I have..Basically to "protect children from being exposed to registered sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users;" that Mr. Brooks allows in Wonderland RV Park..It is pathetic that one can be so greedy, cheap, nosy, antisocial, etc. but that is how Mr. & Mrs. Brooks are..Especially Mr. Brooks..I have read quite a few complaints against Wonderland RV Park from different sites; so it won't surprise me if more complaints on ripoffreport.com are filed..I plan not to state any further about this, as I did what "had to be done because I take a strong stand when it comes to priorities..Morals, values & principals, as well as right from wrong..Doesn't make me perfect, because we live in an imperfect world..Just makes me a "very responsible person and darn proud too".. :o)

This isn't a "trailer park".Although should be listed as one.This is considered as an RV and Mobile Home Park.No matter how you slice the cake, this park should be shut down.
