These guys TOTALLY ripped me off by selling me defective merchandise!  I received boots from them as a gift, wore them one time, when I discovered they were defective boots: Mismatched, the right boot has flaws (paint splotches!) staining the leather and the embroidery was misaligned, over an inch off the left boot's design which made the two boot visibly different.  I contacted them to ask for a exchange for FIRST QUALITY boots, or failing that, a refund.  After they told me to return them (at my cost) they wouldn't refund OR exchange the boots -- and then told me I could pay to have them shipped back to me. Avoid Woodbury Outfitters at all costs. Dishonest, defective and totally clueless. Tell them at @WoodburyGuns on Twitter.

This customer ordered a handmade pair of boots. He stated the stiching on both boots was not 100% identical. We contacted Dan Post on his behalf and they stated that any handmade pair of boots will have a slight variation. Tried to explain this to customer and even sent him a copy of email from Dan Post. We told him he was welcome to return the boots but since they were not defective he would have to pay the shipping.

Customer flew into a tirade of threats and said because of "Who He Was" he would attempt to destroy us online. I wonder how he reacts when he actually has a crisis? We have a 99% + rating on eBay, Amazon and numerous other platforms. We ship 1000's of packages a day and take customer service very seriously. As a business owner we try to do what is right 100% of the time. We will always take care of our customers and appreciate them all but this review and his reaction was totally uncalled for.
