Woodhaven Homes Complaint Worthless Warranty! ripoff After just a year and a half, my house is falling apart. Dallas Texas
Never buy a Woodhaven Home!! After just a year and a half, my house is falling apart. (Tiles and walls are cracking indicating a foundation problem.) They jerk you around on warranty claims until your warranty period is up (one year) after which you are stuck with a piece of junk.
I'm trying desperately to sell it (at a loss) & can't even do that. Just some of the problems in my neighborhood alone.... crumbling retaining walls, drainage not to code, electric wiring not done to code, leaking roofs, unsupported bathtubs that collapse the floor below.... the list goes on.
Buyer beware when dealing with this company. Their warranty is a joke- don't be fooled by their salemen who are not liable for a single thing they tell you (per the sales contract.) And their subcontractors are not required to be insured. (They stole items from a neighbors home on their 6th trip out to fix a simple problem) and Woodhaven accepts no responsibility for their contractors. This is one shady company!!!!
