Woodlands of Kennesaw Me and my family be living here at woodlands of Kennesaw not only they don’t maintain up with any of they property we moved in a new mobile home which took them forever to get the electricity and meter install as we approach moving in they still till this day ,come to hook the water line up for our new dishwasher and ice maker to work. That’s the 1st situation the 2nd situation is that we have black mold in the master bathroom we just thought it was something to do with water but I emailed them because they don’t answer phones and I went to the office a few times it’s always a note on the door about when they will return back ! Very unprofessional people. We try to remove the mold ourselves and not only come back but it has gotten worse my daughter and I has gotten sick and I have been having chest pains badly. So I try to not sleep in the room because they bathroom with the black mold . I been emailing them they never there and every month they been faithfully getting they money we keep all money order stubs ! We pay btwn 1400-1600 every month to live in this mess ohto add our rent is based on the utilities because that’s still in there name we ask Dana and Lori a few times about switching it over g.a power ask if they will fax over a copy of the lease they have everything else needed. I’m actually looking into getting a lawyer behind this black mold issue ASAP I already made a complaint
